Ribeira Car Park

Accessible, through a ramp, from the main road, Ribeira Car Park provides 123 parking spaces (including four parking spaces reserved for handicapped people) and is placed in a single inclined storey.

The site’s topography has allowed it to absorb the building’s volumetry; its covering is gardened and paved, thus retrieving a new leisure area for the urban park.

The moulding of the site reaches its highest point in the water mirror; this ornamental fountain, displaying coloured lit sea motifs, has an approximate area of 450 square metres.

The garden area is thus circumscribed by water on a lower level, and by a shrubby line on a higher level, which makes the transition from the garden to the outside parking on the surface (25 parking spaces).

Inserting shadow-casting species on the parking area highlights the ground principles of the intervention.

Daytime, from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, with parking reservation
Monthly rental fee: €65.00

Overnight, from 8:00 pm to 9:00 am, without parking reservation
Monthly rental fee: €40.00

WARNING:

In the event of losing the parking ticket, customers will be charged at the full daily charge (€9.50).

Services provided

• Rental cards
  Permanent cards, with a fixed monthly fee payable at reception, provide unlimited in and out access at no extra cost.
• Credipark card
  Prepaid permanent cards, charged at the parking ticket machine. Fee is deducted according to use. It comes with the advantage of lower fees.
• Discount cards
  Cards prepaid at reception (min. of 100), for businesses wishing to offer discounted rates to their customers by paying a percentage of the cost.
